The Syrian authorities are forcing refugees returning from Jordan to Daraa province by land through the Nassib/Jaber border crossing to refer to the security services in the province. Russians and the US-backed al-Qaryatayn Martyrs Brigade reached an evacuation agreement, on September 16, 2018, under which the group’s fighters and around 5,000 civilians will be allowed to withdraw from the al-Rukban refugee camp[1] to northern Syria, according to witnesses.
