Introduction: Syrian regular forces and their Russian allies launched violent attacks on several towns and cities in Idlib province during March 2018; they bombed educational and service facilities as well as civilian gatherings in several districts of the province, causing a number of civilian casualties. Preface: Several cities and towns in Idlib province witnessed a violent military escalation by the Syrian/Russian alliance and its supporting militias during the period from December 25, 2017 to January 20, 2018, when the majority of cities and towns in Idlib were bombarded, in particular, the eastern, southern and south-eastern countryside, with warplanes and various types of weapons.
